1.制定新产品的施工标准Make tyre specifications of new product.

2.管理正常生产施工标准Manage tyre specifications of normal
production.

3.安排轮胎试验，并分析试验结果Arrange tyre test, and analyse result.

4.协助认证部门申请产品的法规认证Supporting TQS department with legal
certification.

5.监督本地产品工业化进程Supervise local products’ industrialization
process.

6.管理本地产品所使用的材料清单Manage local material portfolio.

7.正常生产的产品性能的改进Tire performance improvement of NP product.

candidate requirements任职要求：
1．项目管理技能 Program management skills;
2．轮胎结构设计技能 Tire construction development skills;
3．轮胎设计材料选型技能 Tire material selection skills;
4．沟通技能 Good communication skills;
5．时间管理技能 Time management skills.
6.化工材料或轮胎结构专业, 本科或硕士学历Master or Bachelor degree in chemical material or tire construction (could be flexible if have rice experience)
