岗位职责:

1.Structure interpretation of compounds using high-resolution liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC/MS);

2.Interpret the spectra for compounds

structure and degradation information;

3.Conduct research on impurities in peptides, small nucleic acid and oligonucleotides drugs;

4.Cooperate with the process department to carry out problem investigation, sample testing, and result analysis during the project research and development.

任职要求:

1. Master degree or above in biology, pharmacy, analytical chemistry or related majors

2. More than 5 years of experience in LC/MS. Good at various types of instruments and their related software, condutcting independent spectra interpretation. Experience in MALDI or peptides, small nucleic acids, oligonucleotides and other drugs research is preferred.Good at revealing and solving problems. Strong knowledge base of organic chemistry. Deep understanding of the degradation pathways of compounds;

3. Strong abilities of experimental design, operation, critical thinking and problem-solving. Independently design experiments resulting expected outcomes;

4. Good English skills, good ability to summarize consulted domestic and foreign literatures;

5. Highly responsible, conscientious, good teamwork spirit.
