Objective of job
Concept quality topic steer (e.g ADAS, telematics, PwT…) with quality sensor data for voice of China customers to push product improvement for both development and series phases.
Main tasks
Concept quality issue deep-dive & steer:
• Regular checking concept quality topics with quality sensor data (e.g DQF), steer it in related CIRTs for China market
• Deep-dive with cross-sensor data with focusing on concept topics, support CIRT for issue understanding, root cause analysis and counter measure investigation to speed up issue resolution
• Permanent member for related CIRTs as window person from Q-hub
• Responsible for related topics propose & arrangement for different quality committees
Chinese market voice-of-customer exchange with counterpart:
• To summarize the VOC from China and input to headquarters
• Input quality voice into China requirement for future carlines
• China specific concept/feature update input for HQ prognosis
Related concept issue reporting & steering in committees:
• Regular updating issues status in monthly PQS report
• Coordinator topics in different committees (CQB/QGM), pre-steering the speaker/guest info inside CIRTs and give to committee organizer
Data driven quality supporting
• Data driven quality project support, big-data analysis support
Qualification
• Work experience on product management or customer / product research,
• Broad knowledge of vehicle products & engineering, quality related experience is plus
• Strong at analysis skills and making constructive suggestions, good communication skills and teamwork sprit
• Active working attitude, open mind and passion for quality work
• Basic knowledge for data analysis tools, AI tools knowledge is plus
• Fluent English (oral, writing, listening and reading) is necessary; German language is a plus
