Optimize Plant Layout and material flow
Collect takt time, cycle time, and material-flow data; simulate new layouts using AutoCAD or simulation tools.
• Redesign cell, U-shaped, or flexible lines to minimize motion, transportation, and WIP inventory.
• Lead capital-expenditure (CapEx) evaluation and new equipment commissioning.
优化工厂布局和物料流
• 收集节拍、周期、物流数据,用AutoCAD或仿真软件模拟新布局。
• 重新设计单元线、U型线或柔性线,减少动作、搬运及在制品库存。
• 主导资本支出评估与新设备导入。
Facilitate Lean tools implementation
(i)Organize, and implement operation advantage projects (incl. 5S,Visual Factory, Standard Work, QCPC, TPM, Quick Change Over, Mistake Proofing, Cell Design, Material Replenishment & Flow, VOC,etc);
(ii) Organize, plan and implement lean tools & awareness training
in order to meet the company's operation advantage project targets

Lead Kaizen Workshop
Organize, and Coordinate necessary resources to establish projects teams and push projects implementation; analyze projects deliverables and guide the implementation procedure; follow up projects implementation progress; provide technical suggestions to concrete issues; and collect projects savings and report the projects achievement to top management in order to ensure a smooth flow of project implementation.
领导改善活动

Value stream transformation
(i) Map current-state & design future-state value-stream maps (VSM) for key product families.
(ii) Lead cross-functional teams to eliminate waste, reduce lead-time, and increase value-added ratio.
(iii)Establish and track KPIs to validate transformation effectiveness.
