Job Description
1.客户开发与管理：主动开拓新客户，并有效维护和管理现有客户关系，特别是国内外知名的电子电气制造商。
Customer Development and Management: Hunting new customers and maintain existing customer relationships, especially with well-known Electrical manufacturers.
2.销售目标达成：积极寻找销售线索与机会，并独立负责销售指标的完成。
Sales target achievement: Seek sales leads and opportunities, responsible for achieving assigned sales target.
3.解决方案式销售：深刻理解客户需求，与技术团队协作，为客户提供定制化的测试、检验、认证及培训一体化解决方案。
Solution selling: Explore customer demand, collaborate with technical team to provide customer with customized service solutions for testing, inspection, certification, and training.
4.市场洞察：持续关注电子电气行业动态、技术趋势及法规更新，并能将其转化为业务机会。
Market insight: Concern on dynamics, technological trends, and regulatory updates in Electrical industry, and be able to convert into business opportunities.
5.商务谈判与沟通：负责商务谈判和沟通，推动项目达成，并确保回款顺利。
Contract negotiation and signing: Responsible for business negotiations and drive project completion and ensuring payment collection.
6.内部协同：作为客户与公司之间的桥梁，积极与技术团队协调，推动项目交付，提升客户满意度。
Internal cooperation: As a bridge between customers and company, actively coordinate with technical team to drive project delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1.本科及以上学历，工科背景（如电子、电气、机械、自动化等）优先，市场营销、商务管理相关专业亦可考虑。
Bachelor’s degree or above, with engineering background (such as electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, etc.) preferred.
Marketing or business management related majors may also be considered
2.2年以上电气行业销售或工程经验，熟悉B2B销售流程，具备以下任一领域背景者优先：
Over 2 years of sales or engineering experiences in electrical industry, familiar with B2B sales process, with background in any of the following fields preferred:
3.TIC检测、认证行业销售经验；
Sales experience in TIC industry;
4.电子电气行业销售、技术或质量管理工作经验；
Experience in sales, technology, or quality management in Electrical industry;
5.面向制造业的技术服务或解决方案销售经验。
Sales experience in technical services or solutions for the manufacturing industry
6.良好的沟通、 演讲能力及谈判能力。
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
7.良好的英语读写能力，能够处理英文邮件和基础技术文件。
Good English reading and writing skills, able to handle English emails and basic technical documents
