YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct close and effective engagement commercial stakeholders in the region to understand business strategy and design and co-create the best fit solutions to support business outcome by pulling the right procurement expertise and resources across indirect procurement homes.
- Proactively and continuously identify areas with room for improvement and develop concrete project proposals on how to address these opportunities and ensure the appropriate implementation.
- Play as a work lead role to architect solution, provide the coach and support to the working team and steer the delivery status of key projects in the relevant commercial areas.
- Represents Indirects Procurement in Mission Teams and coordinates Procurement-specific input across relevant Procurement Areas
- Steers the global rollout of Procurement Enablement initiatives across the Indirects Procurement homes.
- Strongly engages with related Communities of Practice
- Brings specific PRO process knowledge to support projects
- Contribute to the foundation building and optimization of the Indirect procurement APAC home and the global Indirect Procurement home

WHO YOU ARE
- Master or equivalent degree in science, engineering, or business management
- Commercial procurement in FMCG or commercial function background is highly preferred.
- 10 years procurement or commercial expertise in MNC are required
- Solid background and expertise in Procurement and Procurement processes and methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills combined with strong collaboration, influencing, and communication competencies
- Proven experience in change management and project management, Strong ownership & enterprise mindset
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to drive implementation
- High proficiency level in written and spoken English and Chinese
