Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for improving English skills of overseas employees, with experience in one-on-one adult training.
2. Customized training plans: Develop personalized English learning programs for individuals and teams based on varying proficiency levels.
3. One-on-one/group instruction: Enhance managers' listening, speaking, reading, writing, and English presentation skills through simulated reporting, practical drills, and other methods.
4. Cross-cultural guidance: Explain international business etiquette and cultural differences to improve collaboration efficiency between managers and overseas teams/clients.
5. Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications:
1. Overseas study experience.
2. TEM-8 (Test for English Majors Band 8) certification, proficiency in workplace English and manufacturing industry terminology.
3. Preferred majors: English, Education, International Business, or related fields.
4. 3 years of corporate training experience, strong stress tolerance, teaching background in the manufacturing sector, prior experience training managers is preferred.
Core Competencies:
1. Skilled in curriculum development and personalized teaching, with the ability to quickly identify managers' learning pain points.
2. High emotional intelligence and communication skills, adaptable to flexible working hours and high-intensity tasks.
