职位概括:
Provide general secretarial assistance for Factory manager and HR operation support to HR manager.
主要职责:
Admin Assistance
Support General manager in handling internal and external business coordination, reporting, meeting administration and other work-related issues.
Coordinate internal and external to smooth the communication within department and the company.
Consolidate internal reports to a standard format for internal and external reporting and keep them updated in time.
Maintain & develop a consistent file system and keep all files updated.
Arrange company meeting, prepare information and file for the meeting and take the minutes.
HR Assistance
1. Employee services
Cooperation with GBS on employee service function including on boarding process and separation, retirement, industrial injury, work permit, employee contract and file management.
Recognition Plan execution
Training Data Collection and report
2. Compensation and Rewards
Cooperate with GBS on payroll and benefit by providing payroll related data and executing country benefit programs.
Cooperation with GBS and HRBP on incentive plan execution (monthly/quarterly bonus calculation)
Quarterly and annual government salary and HC report
Government labor reporting system
Internal and external reports
任职要求:
At least Bachelor’s degree
Maximum 3 years Admin or HR work experience
Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good sense of number
Good excel skill
Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
Very responsible and dedicated to work
Can handle multi-tasks, able to plan, organize and set priorities
