- In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the portfolio management of ABB products and solutions. Each day, you will have responsibility for areas such as research & development oversight, product management, strategy, business development, marketing, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and footprint optimization. - This role is contributing to the ELSP LVS
- You will be mainly accountable for:
- ● Designing and successfully implementing the portfolio/product group strategy and ensuring achievement of performance targets.
- ● Developing and managing the products, solutions, systems, and/or service portfolio required to achieve and secure market leadership.
- ● Defining the portfolio roadmap including product and solution streamlining, acquisition targets for portfolio synergies, and development opportunities.
- ● Ensuring profitable business growth organically and inorganically in the identified markets through optimized production and supply chain footprints, competitive distribution, and go-to-market strategy.

- ● Significant experience (15 years) of general management in a similar industry and in an international context
- ● Deep understanding of Engineer to Order (ETO) and Make to Order (MTO) business models, including system and project solutions
- ● Demonstrable operations knowledge with experience of footprint management, end to end supply chain, and multiple lines production in one site
- ● Will have experience of full P&L responsibility
- ● Ideally knowledge of the product portfolio in Distribution Solutions.
- ● Superior customer management skills & communication skills in an international environment
- ● Commercially savvy including contract risk management in an ETO business
