Tasks:
Planning, management and control tasks:
- Assist in preparation for and execution of customer's visits for the sake of quality (e.g. process review/process acceptance by the customer)

- Ensure the orderly and continual availability of all relevant documents within the fixed storage period of Weber's management system

- Ensure the orderly and continual availability of the approved documents and parts within the fixed storage period of Weber's management system

- Development and maintenance of all relevant documents (production management plan, testing plan, FMEA ) in the scheduled framework of quality as the service personnel of project team or quantity production team

- Support the project team when defining quality standards in the process of batch production

- Prepare customer-related approval document (EMPB and PPAP, including IMDS) as per regulations of project team or after consulting with customers (on deadline, scope etc.) when there is any new project, change and production site transfer

Requirements:
- Technical education background (technician, foreman and master of engineering is preferred)

- 2 years of work experience in the field of quality planning in automobile industry

- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

- Knowledge on quality planning process of automobile industry (APQP, PPAP, PPF etc.)

- Knowledge on specific quality standards of automobile industry (ISO TS 16949:2002 etc.)
