Financial statement preparation and
consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis,
budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance
and regulatory reporting.

Drive and manage the full
accounting performance of the close process to meet close deadlines

Responsible for day-to-day
financial and accounting functions. This
would include customer invoicing, cash collections, accounts receivable,
payroll, vendor payments, accounts payable, and other daily responsibilities as
assigned.

Possess a thorough knowledge of
enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Play a key role in system and
process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system
administration of NetSuite Financials.

Collaborate with FP& A and
accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial
data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and
actual spend against budgets/outlook.

Assist in preparing GAAP financial
statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation,
and reconciliation processes.

Periodically review and inspect the
balance sheets and income statement accounts.

Assemble various technical
accounting policies, procedures, and analyses.

Prepare and review estimated tax
liability calculations and payment processing.

Organize quarterly reviews and

testing with internal and external auditors.

• Fluent in English and Chinese


• Advanced credentials such as a
  Master of Business Administration / MBA or Chartered Accountant / CA


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
  Finance, Business, or equivalent degree and/or experience


• Comprehensive knowledge of account
  reconciliation


• Working knowledge of enterprise
  resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable


• 10+ years of recent relevant
  financial experience
