OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
As a Supply Chain Manager at Savic Motorcycles, you
will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement, delivery, storage, and
shipment of materials and finished products to support the production schedule.
You will manage supplier relationships, control inventory, and oversee
cost-reduction initiatives, while coordinating closely with production,
quality, and logistics teams.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Procurement Planning: Plan and execute purchasing activities in alignment with production schedules, ensuring timely and quality material supply. Supplier Management: Manage, evaluate, and develop suppliers to optimize quality, delivery, and cost performance. Develop and maintain supplier risk assessments and contingency plans to minimize production disruption.

3. Order Tracking: Monitor purchase orders from placement to delivery, resolving delays and quality issues.
4. Incoming Material Inspection: Collaborate with the Quality Control Engineer to inspect and approve incoming materials.
5. Inventory Management: Maintain real-time visibility of inventory levels in the ERP system, replenishing stock as required. Use ERP data and analytical tools to forecast inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
6. Outbound Logistics: Coordinate with logistics providers for timely shipment of finished products, including ERP documentation for outbound goods. Ensure compliance with international shipping procedures and customs documentation for exports.
7. Cost Optimisation: Work with leadership to identify cost-reduction opportunities in procurement, payment terms, and supply frequency.
8. Collaboration with R&D: Communicate supplier feedback and design optimization suggestions to the engineering team to support cost-down initiatives.
9. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and logistics records.
10. English Communication: Communicate effectively in Englishat an intermediate spoken level and with strong written skills.

10.英语交流:能够以中等或以上水平的口语英语进行有效沟通,并具备出色的听,读写能力。
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related
field preferred.
2.Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within
manufacturing.
3.Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
4.Intermediate spoken English; strong written and reading English skills.
5.Experience in supplier risk management and contingency planning.
6.Knowledge of international logistics, customs clearance, and trade
compliance.
7.Strong data analysis skills for inventory forecasting and cost
optimisation.
8.ERP system proficiency.
9.Problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills.

The position can be worked remotely, but requires occasional business trips to the factory or other locations.
岗位可以远程工作,但是需要来公司的工厂出差,偶尔需要去外地出差。
