1. 岗位职责Responsibilities

1) 负责公司的现场生产协调工作，包括员工管理，并确保按照生产计划完成任务，同时保证质量和数量的达标。 Responsible for on-site production coordination of the company, including employee management and ensuring the completion of tasks in accordance with the production plan with quality and quantity guaranteed.

2) 依生产计划，合理安排生产团队、保质保量按时完成目标

According to the production plan, reasonably arrange the production team and ensure the timely completion of the targets with quality and quantity guaranteed.

3) 执行公司营运发展策略计划

Implement the company's operational development strategy plan

4) 每年提出年度生产部门预算及营运改善计划，包含效率改善、良率提升、品质提升、产量提升、成本降低等各项专案与目标，据以执行及检讨并持续推动各项改善计划

Every year, a budget for the production department and an operation improvement plan are proposed, covering various projects and targets such as efficiency improvement, yield enhancement, quality improvement, and cost reduction. These plans are implemented, reviewed, and continuously promoted.

5) 生产单位之人力资源规划与员工培训，为组织留住关键重要人才

The human resource planning and employee training of the production unit help the organization retain key and important talents.

6) 负责工厂的安全生产工作，持续提高安全绩效

Be responsible for the safety production work of the factory and continuously improve safety performance;

7) 配合上级组织其他团队各项任务

Cooperate with the superior organization to complete various tasks of other teams

8) 其他上级主管交办事项

Other tasks assigned by higher-level supervisors

2. 岗位要求Requirements

1) 大专及以上学历，化工、机械或电子类等相关专业，年龄50以下

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or electronic engineering, under the age of 50.

2) 具有3年以上化工行业生产管理经验，具备丰富的生产实践经验

With over 3 years of experience in production management in the chemical industry, possessing extensive practical production knowledge.

3) 熟悉生产现场、工艺技术等管理，掌握生产成本核算，能独立解决生产运营过程中出现的问题

Be familiar with production site management, process technology, etc., master production cost accounting, and be capable of independently resolving problems that arise during production and operation.

4) 熟悉生产相关管理体系，掌握全面质量管理，能对质量问题进行具体分析、解决并落实纠正预防措施

Be familiar with the production-related management systems, master total quality management, and be capable of conducting detailed analysis of quality issues, finding solutions, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

5) 为人正直、责任心和执行力强，具备良好的沟通能力、计划能力、指导能力、协调能力及组织管理能力‌

Honest and upright, with strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, possessing excellent communication skills, planning skills, leadership skills,
coordination skills and organizational management skills.

6) 有生管、物管、仓管、IE、设备及生技、自动化经验者优先，英语口语及书面好者优先。

Candidates with experience in production management, property management, warehouse management, IE, equipment and production technology, and automation will be given priority.

具备良好英语口语和书面表达能力者将更受青睐。
