1_Support of production ramp up , Good ability of solution design and problem solving.
2_Figure out the issues from interior& exterior trims , focus on customer complains ,by providing big support to ensure problems eliminating.
3_Responsible for trim parts localization including deviation change , supplier management , network communication between China and Germany. good awareness of quality is essential.
4_Implementation of continuous improvement , optimize process of change management in order to keep high level quality of parts localization.

Qualifications：

1_Bachelor degree and above, at least 3 years of working experience of trims localization or development.
2_Familiar with procedure of exterior& interior trims , proficiency knowledge of quality control tools as 8D, fishbone diagram and 5 why.
3_Good oral English, good experience of English presentation.
4_Strong spirit of Teamwork and perseverance.
