We are seeking a motivated and skilled scientist to lead and support
organ chip research projects focused on modeling neurodevelopment and
evaluating the effects of nutritional components. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in developmental neuroscience, organoid culture, and
microphysiological systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently
design and execute organoid/organ chip-based research projects related to
brain development, including modeling of neuronal, glial, and blood-brain
barrier (BBB) compartments.
- Develop and
optimize protocols for the differentiation and co-culture of iPSC-derived
neurons, microglia, astrocytes, and/or BBB components.
- Establish 3D
neurodevelopmental models and evaluate the impact of nutritional compounds
(e.g., DHA, HMOs, prebiotics, micronutrients) on neuronal maturation,
synaptogenesis, inflammation, and functional connectivity.
- Implement
cellular, molecular, and functional assays (e.g., immunostaining, qPCR,
cytokine profiling, calcium imaging, multi-electrode array recording) to
assess organoid responses to nutritional interventions.
- Contribute to
the development of a functional screening platform for evaluating the
efficacy of bioactive nutritional components.
- Coordinate
project progress, ensure high-quality data collection and analysis, and
participate in manuscript and report writing in both Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD or
equivalent in Neuroscience, Developmental Biology, Biomedical Engineering,
or related fields.
- Experience with
human iPSC culture and neural differentiation is essential.
- Familiarity
with organ-on-a-chip systems or advanced 3D culture models.
- Knowledge of
nutritional neuroscience, gut-brain axis, or neuroinflammation is a strong
plus.
- Proven ability
to manage and execute multidisciplinary research projects.
- Excellent
communication skills and scientific writing ability in both English and
Chinese.

- 参与营养功能成分的筛选平台开发,推动其在功能验证中的应用;
- 协调项目进展,确保高质量数据收集与分析,撰写项目报告与中英文科研论文。
任职要求:
- 拥有神经科学、发育生物学、生物医学工程或相关专业的博士学位;
- 具有人源iPSC培养及神经分化经验;
- 熟悉类器官/器官芯片系统或先进三维培养技术;
- 具有营养神经科学、肠-脑轴或神经炎症研究经验者优先;
- 具备良好的项目管理和跨学科协作能力;
- 具备优秀的中英文沟通能力和科研写作能力。
