Deputy Project Director1（项目副总监1）
岗位职责：
1. Lead multidisciplinary design teams to review FEED and 30% detailed engineering packages.
2. Chair design review meetings, resolve technical clashes, and approve critical deliverables.
3. Lead the execution of the 30% to 100% detail design and manage engineering contractors.
4. Develop procurement plans for long-lead items and bulk materials.
5. Lead technical bid evaluations, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance.
6. Conduct vendor workshops and resolve non-conformance reports.
7. Establish a formal change management process and chair the Change Control Board.
8. Work with risk team to quantify change impacts and update interface management matrices.
9. Monitor progress against EVM metrics and implement recovery plans for delays.
10. Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients and regulatory bodies.
11. Lead weekly progress meetings and prepare monthly executive reports.
岗位要求：
1. Master’s degree in Mechanical/Offshore Engineering or related field; PMP certification preferred.
2. Native-level English and proficiency in Mandarin.
3. Good organizational and leadership skills.
4. Advanced skills in ERP systems, contract management software, and data analytics tools.
5. 15+ years in FPSO/EPC projects, including 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing budgets exceeding $500M USD.
6. Experience in an Engineering Manager/Director role for major International onshore/offshore modules EPC projects.
7. Experience in LLI equipment’s management and supply chain management.
8. Experience in fabrication management for all disciplines.
9. Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost control.

岗位要求：
- Master’s degree in Mechanical/Offshore Engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Native-level English, excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English and proficiency in Mandarin
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Advanced skills in ERP systems, contract management software and data analytics tools
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts (EPC-specific clauses) and API/ASME standards for offshore projects
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- 15+ years in FPSO/EPC projects, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing budgets exceeding $500M USD
- Experience of LLI equipment’s management and supply chain management
- Experience of fabrication management for all disciplines
- Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost control
- Proven track record in managing >$500M USD projects, including cost recovery and claims management
