Responsibilities
Liaise with government bodies and building management;
Handle full document flow and company archive;
Oversee office operations, suppliers, and reception duties;
Provide HR administrative support: onboarding, records, corporate events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, or related field;
Proven experience as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Proficient in MS Office;
Fluent English, native Chinese.
We Offer
Full-time role in Shanghai office, Mon–Fri, 9:00 to 18:00;
Official employment under PRC law;
Salary CNY 9,000–13,000 (depending on experience);
