Main tasks:
▪ Definition and realization of new production processes for new products, and take care ergonomic and material flow design of workplace
▪ Continuous optimize exist production processes for cost saving, capacity increasing and quality improvement.
▪ Trouble shooting and update the process files once finding the correct countermeasure.
▪ Insurance of the labor safety, energy management and environmental management under consideration of legal and corporate rules.
▪ Ensuring the set-up and optimization of production tooling for new products and/or processes under consideration of economic and technical aspects.
▪ Coaching other engineer internally .
▪ Ensuring the hand-over of technical processes, process specifications and work-instructions to production.
▪ Creating and updating process related P-FMEA's and Flow Charts.
▪ Finish other works by Department manager’s arrangement.
▪ Regular reporting to dep. Manager.
Qualification:
• Bachelor or above degree , majored in plastic, rubber or mechanical related subject.
(Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)"
• Operational experience
• Deep skills of plastic and rubber processing or related specific technical experiences within automotive industry"
• Ability for problem solving
• Experience in leading projects within a technical function (from start to end).
• Working with multiple levels of personal, both inside and outside
• Ownership
• English speaking ability
