Represent various international brands in their commercial development in the Chinese market, identifying distribution opportunities, managing relationships with distributors, online resellers, and local partners, and facilitating their expansion into offline and professional channels.
代表多个国际品牌在中国市场开展商业拓展,识别分销机会,管理与分销商、线上经销商及本地合作伙伴的关系,推动品牌在实体及专业渠道(零售商、批发商、行业分销商等)的落地与拓展。
· Manage up to 3–4 assigned brands simultaneously (in categories such as cosmetics, health, fashion, home, etc. – with a main focus on beauty and cosmetics).
同时管理 3–4 个指派品牌(涵盖美妆、健康、时尚、家居等类别,以美妆为重点)。
· Identify, contact, and qualify potential distributors or commercial partners in China, including online resellers.
识别、联系并筛选中国的潜在分销商或商业合作伙伴,包括线上经销商。
· Coordinate commercial meetings, brand presentations, and initial negotiations.
协调商务会议、品牌介绍和初步谈判。
· Continuously follow up with current and potential distributors.
持续跟进现有及潜在分销商。
· Adapt and present commercial materials and sales pitches in Mandarin Chinese.
用中文修改和呈现商业资料和销售话术。
· Gather market feedback and relay it to the strategy and client teams.
收集市场反馈并反馈至战略及客户团队。
· Support trade shows, sectoral events, and brand activations.
协助展会、行业活动及品牌推广活动。
· Collaborate closely with the strategy and marketing teams in Spain and China.
与西班牙和中国的市场与战略团队密切合作。
· Previous experience in business development or B2B sales (ideally in cosmetics or beauty sector).
有商务拓展或B2B销售经验(有美妆行业经验者优先)。
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin (oral and written) and high level of English. Spanish is a plus.

· Knowledge of China’s distribution landscape and ability to identify key players per sector.

· University degree in international business, marketing, international relations or similar.

· Proficient in office tools and commercial platforms (e.g., CRM systems).
