Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
1.Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2.At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the banking or financial services sector. Experience in managing high-net-worth or corporate client relationships is a plus.

3.Deep knowledge of Chinese consumer behavior, banking preferences, and financial expectations. Familiarity with the Mongolian banking environment and the ability to bridge cultural and market differences is essential.

4.Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a must.

5.Proven track record of managing and nurturing long-term client relationships, particularly with HNWI. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence.
