Position: Director

Job Responsibilities:

Conceptualize creative ideas and oversee the overall artistic vision of films/programs.

Lead casting processes, direct shoots, and manage post-production workflows.

Collaborate with creative departments (e.g., cinematography, art design) to achieve cohesive visual storytelling.

Qualifications:

Education & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Directing, Film Production, or related fields.

Prior director experience preferred (e.g., feature films, TV series, or commercial projects).

Creative & Technical Skills

Exceptional creative and storytelling abilities, with a proven portfolio demonstrating narrative innovation.

Strong team collaboration skills to effectively guide actors, crew, and cross-functional departments (e.g., DP, production designer).

Industry Insight

In-depth knowledge of the film industry, including current market trends and audience preferences.
