岗位内容：
1. 根据剧本或故事板，负责原画、分镜、动作设计等相关工作；
2. 负责制定动画角色和场景的设计指导，并协助完成其它美术相关工作；
3. 参与动画制作的全过程，保质保量地完成动画作品。

任职要求：
1. 熟悉动画制作流程，具备扎实的手绘功底和造型能力；
2. 精通MAYA Blender等三维软件；
3. 具备较强的创意思维和团队合作精神。

Job Responsibilities:

Create keyframe animation, storyboards, and action designs based on scripts or storyboards.

Develop design guidelines for animated characters and environments, and assist in other art-related tasks.

Participate in the entire animation production process to deliver high-quality works on schedule.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with animation pipelines, solid hand-drawing skills, and strong modeling ability.

Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya and Blender.

Excellent creative thinking and teamwork spirit.
