1. 通过使用After Effects、Nuke等软件进行广告、电影、电视剧等影视作品特效组合设计，达到精美的视觉效果；
2. 根据项目进行优化和完善，对于复杂特效进行解决方案规划，提供最佳实践建议；
3. 和其他拍摄、后期制作相关部门紧密合作，在工期内按要求完成制作任务。

任职要求：
1. 认真负责、敬业、乐于挑战，有良好的时间管理能力，适应快节奏的工作环境；
2. 精通Adobe After Effects、Nuke、Photoshop等相关软件，能够快速处理及修饰视频素材、分层制图，熟悉多通道调色；
3. 熟悉渲染流程及常用的特效插件，如Trapcode, Element 3D, Mocha等；
4. 具备团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力，能够有效协调各部门资源。

Job Description:

Execute VFX compositing for advertisements, films, and TV productions using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Nuke) to achieve cinematic visual quality .

Optimize and refine projects by planning solutions for complex visual effects, providing best-practice recommendations to enhance efficiency and output .

Collaborate closely with filming, editing, and post-production departments to deliver tasks on schedule while adhering to project specifications .

Qualifications:

Dedicated, accountable, and adaptable, with strong time management abilities to thrive in fast-paced environments .

Expert proficiency in After Effects, Nuke, and Photoshop, capable of rapid video processing, layer-based compositing, and multi-pass color grading .

Familiarity with rendering pipelines and essential plugins (e.g., Trapcode, Element 3D, Mocha) for advanced effects implementation .
