一、岗位职责：
1、负责TikTok直播间的日常直播，包括但不限于使用英语进行产品带货、粉丝互动等，完成销售或流量目标；
2、熟悉直播流程，能够灵活调动直播间氛围，吸引观众停留、互动及下单；
3、配合团队策划直播内容，包括脚本设计、活动玩法等；
4、维护粉丝关系，提高粉丝粘性，引导关注、点赞、分享等互动行为；
5、分析直播数据（如观看人数、转化率等），优化直播话术和表现力；
6、关注TikTok平台趋势，学习热门内容形式，提升直播效果。
二、任职要求：
1、经验不限（有直播、销售、表演、主持经验者优先），英语口语流利，有考过雅思或海外交换学习经历优先；
2、性格开朗，镜头表现力强，善于互动，不怯场；
3、了解TikTok或其他社交平台（如抖音、快手）的直播规则；
4、能适应弹性工作时间（如晚间、节假日直播）；
5、语言能力：根据目标市场要求（如英语、小语种或双语能力）。

Job Responsibilities:
Live Streaming & Content Creation:
1.Host engaging and interactive live streams on TikTok to attract and retain viewers.
2.Create entertaining, high-energy, and original content tailored to the target audience.
3.Showcase products, games, or topics in an appealing way to drive engagement and sales (if applicable).
4.Audience Interaction & Growth:
5.Actively engage with viewers through comments, Q&A, and real-time interactions to build a loyal community.
6.Encourage followers, likes, shares, and gifts during live sessions to boost visibility.
7.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for increasing followers and viewership.
Performance & Analytics:
1.Monitor live stream metrics (e.g., viewer count, engagement rates) and adjust content strategies accordingly.
2.Stay updated on TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm changes to optimize content.
