Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design and maintenance of websites and company applications.

2. Provide technical support for hardware and software, including installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, scanners, and other devices.

3. Manage and maintain the company's network system, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other devices, to ensure the security and stable operation of the network.

4. Be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company's office software and applications, such as operating systems, office software, email systems, etc.

5. Assist users in solving technical problems, provide technical training and guidance to improve the computer skills of users.

6. Regularly back up and maintain the company's information technology systems to ensure the security and integrity of data.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, information technology or related fields.

2. At least 3 years of IT technical support work experience, familiar with computer hardware, software and network systems.

3. Have good problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to quickly locate and solve technical problems.

4. Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as the installation and configuration of common applications such as office software and email systems.

5. Master the basic knowledge of the network, such as TCP/IP, routing and switching technology, and be able to manage and maintain the company's network system
