• Technical education
技术类相关教育背景（中专 / 大专及以上学历优先）
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
能够阅读并理解电子原理图
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and technical standards
能够阅读并解读技术图纸及技术标准
• Communicative English, both spoken and written
具备沟通级英语能力（听说读写）
• Knowledge of the principles of operation and repair of production machinery
掌握生产设备的工作原理及维修知识
• PLC programming skills
具备 PLC 编程技能
• Readiness to work in shifts
愿意接受倒班制工作
加分项（Additional Assets）
• Experience in commissioning and repairing automation systems equipped with robots
具有机器人自动化系统调试及维修经验
• Ability to program robots
具备机器人编程能力
• Familiarity with TestStand software
熟悉 TestStand 软件操作
岗位职责（Job Description）
• Apply knowledge of technology and construction documentation requirements for ongoing projects
运用技术知识及结构文件要求，支持在执行项目的推进
• Participation in preparing programs for SMT machines (e.g., P&P machines, AOI, SPI vision systems, X-Ray, reflow ovens, screen printers, lasers, PCBA milling machines)
参与 SMT 设备程序编制（如：贴片机、自动光学检测设备、3D 锡膏检测设备、X 射线检测设备、回流焊炉、丝印机、激光设备、PCB 线路板铣床等）
• Implement and supervise program changes on SMT machines to conform to the current version of the product documentation
执行并监督 SMT 设备程序变更，确保符合产品文件的最新版本要求
• Supervise SMT machine parameter control
负责 SMT 设备参数的监控与管理
• Optimize the production process
优化生产工艺流程
• Check the correctness of the PCB assembly for compliance with the construction documentation
检验 PCB 组装的准确性，确保符合结构文件要求
• Troubleshoot production problems
解决生产过程中出现的技术故障
• Supervise and apply 5S principles at the workplace
监督并在工作场所推行 5S 管理规范
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules
确保严格遵守健康与安全相关规定
