Responsibilities:
• Handling of the material acquisition cycle, quality, quantity and services meet the requirements of the project, also in regard to the project schedule.
• Ensure all related MTO Dates are entered into MARIAN system, correctly and completely.
• Provide all needed Material Reports in accordance to the requirements (internal/external).
• Support the development of the project schedule and the execution of the project regarding material management matters.
• Continually monitor material requirements and deliveries to ensure availability of material for each stage of project execution.
• Develops quantity takeoffs for a discipline or specialty using defined documents or undefined scope assumptions. Verifies quantities provided by others.
• Prepares specific budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
