Job Title: Part-Time Native English Tutor
Location: Shenzhen, China (in-person)

Working Hours: Flexible, 2–3 sessions per week (1–1.5 hours per session)

About the Role:
We are seeking a patient, engaging, and experienced native English tutor to support our company’s founder in improving her spoken and written English. The ideal candidate will tailor lessons based on the learner’s professional needs, focusing on business communication, everyday conversation, pronunciation, and confidence-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one English tutoring sessions focused on business and general communication.
Customize lesson plans according to the learner’s goals and current proficiency.
Emphasize speaking, listening, and pronunciation practice.
Introduce practical vocabulary and phrases used in international business and everyday settings.
Offer feedback, correction, and encouragement to boost learning progress and confidence.
Requirements:
Native English speaker (from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.)
Prior experience in tutoring or teaching English as a second language.
Friendly, professional, and patient teaching style.
Ability to create customized, engaging lesson content.
Flexible with scheduling and able to meet in-person in Shenzhen.
Preferred Qualifications:
TESOL/TEFL certification or a degree in education, English, or a related field.
Experience in business English instruction is a plus.
