Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Join workshop with users to walkthrough as-is image and workout to-be proposal
2.Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives
3.Designing the system functional solution and providing its delivery cost
4.Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specification, system testing plan and user manual, etc.
5.Support the communication within business parties and development team
6.Work with developers to support end user acceptance testing.
7.Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up user requirement change, assist PM to control the quality and progress.
8.Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the system implementation.
9.Keep active communication and good relationship with customers.
10.Conduct system demonstration while needed.
11.Conduct User training while needed
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
1.University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
2.5+ years of BA experience
3.With technical background, able to understand and communicate with technical resource
4.With PMA experience, able to assist PM on project management
Knowledge & Skill
5.Good command of English both in oral and written is a must
6.Conceptual awareness on industry/ business domain, relevant IT functional products and application, etc
7.Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios to assess the real business problems, and subsequently validate with business & end users for any update
8.Able to understand, explain and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business, end users and technical teams
9.Effective communication skill
10.Good presentation skill/ Project management skill/ Coaching skill
Preference
11. With experience on D365 CRM is preferred
12. Insurance experience is preferred
13. Good command of Thai both in oral and written is a plus
