Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading Lean initiatives across the organization, deeply spread
Lean System execution with the lean team.
Strategic Lean Implementation - Champion TPS (the company Production
System) in TTT and align activities globally.
Develop Lean Roadmaps aligned with business strategies using Hoshin Kanri
(Policy Deployment) and monitor KPIs via Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
Driving end-to-end process optimization through Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
and waste reduction, recognize NVA activities, improve efficiency and FPY about
sensor and connectivity.
Develop, lead and organize monthly several projects and activities using the
LEAN technologies from TPS.
Training of all employees in LEAN tools, by organizing general training
programs and coaching employees in projects.
Plan, implement, optimize Lean Production System, drive Operational Excellence
and Cost saving by 3M activity.
Lead Kaizen events, 5S, JIT (Just-in-Time), and TPM (Total Productive
Maintenance) to enhance OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and PCE (Process
Cycle Efficiency).
Deploy SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) for quick changeovers in
high-mix, low-volume production.
Implement TPM to promote OEE and decrease failure rate of key
machines(MTBF/MTTR).
Culture Transformation about Lean sense and Continuous Kaizen.
Struct Kaizen culture, embed Lean principles through workshops, Gemba walks,
and TWI (Training Within Industry) programs.
Promote efficiency and cost saving of manufacture by VSM, push high level of
automatization, continuous Kaizen about CTQ, OTD, COGS.
Motion analysis, line balance, ergonomics improvement, to promote productivity,
cost saving, add space usage, and optimize process logistic.
Report Lean Cost Saving/ROI and milestone to management.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, RoHS, and REACH standards, support internal
and external audit.
Lead cross functional team to transform lean change, with Change Management
to reduce obstacle.
Develop a problem solving team, mentor first line to promote management level.
Push R&D, Engineering and production collaboration , such as DFM, support
NPI project.
Train and spread SPC, FMEA tool, ensure high process capability.
Build high-performing teams through IDP (Individual Development Plans) with
periodic assessment.
Finish all the other tasks from line manager.
Execute tasks assigned by Managing Director.
The Incumbent:
Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related fields (Master’s
preferred). Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Master, or equivalent, plus.
5+ years in Lean leadership in Manufacturing Company.
Proven track record of cost-saving initiatives (e.g., ≥15% efficiency gains).
Mastery of VSM, TPM, SMED, and DMAIC/DFSS.
Proficient in MS project, Power BI, and ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP).
Skill about conflict solving and transformation management.
Experienced about electronic tool: VSM (include ESD), TPM, Poka-Yoke.
Skill about tools, such as JMP, Statistic systems, ERP/MES.
Balanced strategic mindset alignment with tactical execution (e.g., automation
integration).
Familiar with Industry 4.0 (such as Digital Twin, AI) in the sensor field, push
integration smart manufacture and lean production.
High-pressure, fast-paced environment with 20– 30% international travel.
