岗位职责：

1. 设计并教授金融相关课程，包括但不限于金融市场、投资分析、风险管理等。
2. 制作课程视频，参与直播授课，与学员进行互动。
3. 根据学员反馈不断优化课程内容，提高教学质量。
4. 参与市场调研，了解行业动态，及时调整课程设置。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业背景。
2. 具备丰富的金融知识和实践经验，能够独立授课。
3. 有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，能够有效激励学员。
4. 具备直播授课或录播经验者优先考虑。

薪资待遇：

1. 试用期薪资按课结算，另有绩效佣金。
2. 转正后享受五险一金及基础薪资加固。
3. 提成佣金，根据课程销售情况进行分配。
4. 表现优秀者有机会调往香港工作。

工作地点：可远程办公，具体安排面谈。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and teach finance-related courses, including but not limited to financial markets, investment analysis, risk management, etc.
2. Produce course videos, participate in live teaching sessions, and interact with students.
3. Continuously optimize course content based on student feedback to improve teaching quality.
4. Participate in market research, stay updated on industry trends, and adjust course offerings accordingly.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, or related fields.
2. Extensive knowledge and practical experience in finance, capable of teaching independently.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to effectively motivate students.
4. Prior experience in live or recorded teaching is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. During the probation period, salary is paid per course, with additional performance bonuses.
2. After probation, enjoy basic salary plus performance bonuses, along with social security and housing fund benefits.
3. Commission based on course sales.
4. Outstanding performers may have the opportunity to work in Hong Kong.
