About the job
Dash Living, a growing hospitality industry startup specializing in co-living, hotels, and serviced apartments, is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you would be responsible for managing SEM campaigns, overseeing our Chinese social media accounts, and assisting with other ad-hoc campaign tasks.
Working alongside our regional marketing team, you will help escalate our growth through digital marketing strategies. To be successful, you must be adept at data analytics and report generation since regular reporting to senior management on campaign performance forms a crucial part of the role.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee all SEM accounts, ensuring they are optimized for performance and within set budget parameters.

● Develop and execute an SEM strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals, taking into consideration target audiences, competitive landscape, and company objectives.

● Conduct consistent optimization of all SEM initiatives, leveraging data insights to inform decisions and improve performance. This will include refining keyword strategies, improving ad creative, and adjusting bids as necessary.

● Regularly monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of SEM campaigns, using these insights to improve future strategies and campaigns.

● China Social Accounts Management: This significant part of the role involves the following responsibilities:

a) Account Interface Design: Ensure the layout, design, and overall appearance of social media accounts are engaging and user-friendly.

b) User Journey Optimization: Continually enhance the user experience on our social media channels to ensure a smooth and intuitive user journey.

c) Social Campaign Execution: Develop, manage, and execute social media campaigns tailored for the Chinese market, focusing on engaging content and targeted reach.

d) Content Publication: Regularly publish and update compelling content across different social media platforms to keep the audience engaged and informed.

● Assist with ad-hoc campaign tasks, including email marketing support and content consolidation, contributing to broader team projects and initiatives. This dynamic role requires the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, effectively support different campaigns, and collaborate productively with the team to successfully achieve project goals.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

● At least 3 years of SEM campaign management experience, with hands-on skills in creating, optimizing, and sustaining successful SEM strategies.

● Strong data management and analytical abilities, to interpret complex campaign data and leverage these insights for performance improvement.

● Proven project management skills, with the capacity to oversee multiple projects and adhere to timelines while maintaining quality.

● Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying ideas, receiving feedback, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders effectively.

● Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms and knowing how to manage accounts on these platforms for daily operations
