a. Logistics Tracking & Coordination: Able to coordinate basic logistics information with overseas
teams and suppliers, and track order shipping status.

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering,
Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
物流、供应链管理、机械工程、汽车工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, project coordination, or testing,
preferably within an automotive, engineering, or high-tech R&D environment.
至少3年物流、采购、项目协调或测试经验，有汽车、工程或高科技研发环境经验者优先。
• BMW-related project logistics management experience is preferred
BMW相关项目物流及零部件管理经验者优先。

• Hands-on experience or exposure to the integration/build-out of engineering test systems
(e.g., HiL benches, lab equipment) is highly desirable. Familiarity with basic hardware
components is a must.

Main Tasks & Responsibility 主要任务和职责
• Shipping Status Management: Responsible for coordinating logistics information with
European teams and suppliers, tracking order status, ensuring transportation progress.
零部件物流追踪：负责与欧洲团队及供应商对接物流信息，追踪订单情况，保证运输
进度。
• Component selection and customs clearance support: Support the selection and procurement
of components, assist the customs department in preparing relevant materials for customs
clearance, and help develop customs clearance plans.
零部件选型及清关支持：支持零部件的选型及采购，配合清关部门完成清关相关材料
的准备，协助制定清关方案。
• Inventory management: Responsible for the maintenance of input and output documents for
components. Responsible for organizing and maintaining the BOM list and updating the status
of remaining materials in time. Record and track the hardware and software versions of the
equipment.
零部件状态管控：负责零部件出入库文档的维护。负责撰写和维护 BOM 清单，并及时
更新余料状态。记录和跟踪设备的硬件和软件版本。
• Project Coordination: Basic skills in project management, including timeline tracking and
progress monitoring. Participate in internal and external project meetings to ensure project
progress is synchronized. Support project managers in tracking the overall progress of bench
projects. Help maintain project schedules, organize meetings, document action items, and
follow up on deliverables.
项目协调：具备项目管理基础技能，包括时间线跟踪及进度监控，参与项目内外部会

• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Facilitate smooth communication between external parties and the internal engineering team.

• Provide auxiliary support to the engineering team during the physical setup and integration of
test benches, leveraging prior experience. Tasks may include basic assembly, cable
management, and equipment organization under guidance.
