Key Responsibilities主要职责:

• Product Comparison & Analysis产品比较和分析:
• Review and compare products across various models and
  categories. 审查和比较不同型号和类别的产品。
• Analyze product specifications, design, materials, and
  functionality. 分析产品规格、设计、材料和功能。
• Identify and document discrepancies or variances between
  product samples and established standards. 识别和记录产品样品与既定标准之间的差异。
• Reporting & Documentation报告和文件:
• Create and maintain detailed reports and logs of findings. 创建和维护详细的调查结果报告和日志
• Summarize and present comparison data in a clear, professional format. 以清晰、专业的格式总结和呈现比较数据。
• Assist with maintaining records and product databases. 协助维护记录和产品数据库。
• Office & Administrative Duties办公室及行政职责：
• Draft and send professional emails regarding product findings and updates. 起草并发送有关产品开发和更新的专业电子邮件
• Use spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to organize data, create comparison tables, and track product attributes. 使用电子表格（Excel或谷歌表格）来组织数据，创建比较表，并跟踪产品属性。
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, procurement, customer service) to resolve quality concerns. 与内部团队（如设计、采购、客户服务）合作解决质量问题。
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to product lifecycle and QA processes. 支持与产品生命周期和QA流程相关的临时管理任务。
• Quality Control Support质量控制支持：
• Assist in the evaluation of sample products before production runs. 在生产前协助对样品进行评估。
• Participate in audits or quality inspections when necessary. 必要时参与审核或质量检验。
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of product quality standards. 为产品质量标准的持续改进提供反馈。

Qualifications职位要求:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Product Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). 大专或本科学历，商务、质量管理、产品设计或相关领域（或同等经验）
• 3 years of experience in a product analysis, quality assurance, or similar role preferred. 3年产品分析、质量保证或跟单相关工作经验优先
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas). 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其是Excel（数据透视表，基本公式）
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. CET 6优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力。英语六级及以上
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. 注意细节和批判性思维能力强。
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 能够在快节奏的环境中管理多个任务并在截止日期前完成任务。
