Job Responsibilities

Market Development
Be responsible for the market expansion of property management projects including government engineering & construction projects, industrial parks, embassies and consulates, schools, and office buildings. Identify target clients, formulate development strategies, organize bidding and contract signing processes, and achieve business targets.

Client Cultivation
Maintain client relationships, keep abreast of the dynamic changes in client demands, conduct client analysis and secondary development, so as to fulfill the business objectives of the department.

Market Research
Collect and research the development status of the market and competitors, conduct in-depth analysis on the market and rivals, and make timely responses to market changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time college/university, major in Marketing or related fields is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in large-scale property management project service or market development, with a sound understanding of the property management market.
- Possess business resources, have experience in participating in national-level bidding and tendering projects, and a proven track record of successful market expansion.
- Proficient in English with fluent oral communication skills.
- Capable of business negotiation with clients and partners, and competent to independently translate English tender documents and prepare bidding proposals.
- Positive and optimistic mindset, excellent communication skills, strong self-motivation, and result-oriented.
Working Hours
8-hour workday, Weekends Off, and Statutory Holidays Observed.
