1、Marketing Department Material Management for both EGE/OT: Liaise with the Marketing Department and be responsible for the receipt and verification of materials related to marketing activities. After receiving the materials, check one by one to confirm whether the material name, quantity, and specification match the order; register and store the materials in the warehouse only after the verification is correct. Assist the Marketing Department in completing material inventory on a regular basis (e.g., weekly/monthly).
2、Full-Process Management of Office Supplies and Fixed Assets: Establish an inventory ledger for office supplies and fixed assets, and record real-time data of office supplies (such as printing paper, pens, file folders, calculators, etc.) regarding procurement, issuance, and inventory.
3、Document Processing and Filing: Be responsible for the printing, copying, and binding of employee file documents, and ensure that the document format is standardized.
4、Admin Daily Affairs Assistance:
a)Receive visiting personnel (e.g., interviewees, partners, etc.), guide them to the designated waiting area, and promptly notify the relevant contact persons;
b)Assist in completing the company's express delivery and receipt management, record express delivery and receipt information (such as recipient, sender, item type, courier tracking number, etc.), and ensure the accurate delivery of express items;
c)Cooperate with the Administration Department to complete other temporary basic tasks (e.g., office area environment inspection, holiday decoration arrangement, etc.).
