• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, human resources management, or a comparable field • Several years of professional and leadership experience in the HR IT environment
• Profound knowledge of HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors, and HR analytics tools
• Strong project management skills and strategic thinking
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and service orientation
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German

任职要求
• 人力资源管理、心理学,软件工程、计算机科学与技术等相关领域的学业;
• 拥有多年人力资源IT领域的专业及领导经验;
• 精通人力资源系统(尤其是SAP SuccessFactors)和人力资源分析工具;
• 具备出色的项目管理能力和战略思维;
• 拥有高度的主动性、责任感和服务意识;
• 具备出色的沟通能力,且英语流利。德语佳,优先考虑。
