I. Reception & External Liaison
Be responsible for the reception, guidance, and arrangement of company visitors (including clients, government authorities, and business partners), maintaining a professional corporate image;
Assist in arranging visitors’ itineraries, including meeting room reservations, catering arrangements, and vehicle coordination;
Manage the daily operations of reception areas;
Support routine liaison and communication with local Omani government entities, partner organizations, and third-party service providers.
II. Meeting & Event Support
Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, including pre-meeting preparation, meeting reception, and post-meeting follow-up;
Prepare, distribute, and organize meeting materials, and draft and archive meeting minutes where applicable;
Provide on-site support for company business events, training sessions, or large-scale reception activities.
III. Administrative Support & Coordination
Assist with daily administrative operations, including office supplies management and preparation of reception materials;
Support the completion of relevant administrative procedures and documentation;
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and other duties assigned by supervisors;
Assist with other internal coordination tasks within the Administration Department.
IV. Compliance & Corporate Image Maintenance
Comply with company policies and Omani local laws and regulations to ensure reception procedures are compliant;
Observe cross-cultural etiquette and respect local religious and cultural customs, demonstrating strong professional conduct;
Properly manage visitor information and safeguard company data and privacy.
