岗位职责：
1.根据生产计划，及时为用户提供合格的生产用水；按时履行设备清洗、再生、药剂配置； 按照取样计划进行工序质量取样化验分析，及时取样、送样，分析、化验；履行品评流程，对质量异常、PI偏离进行复查、核实、分析、调整、纠正。
2.按时进行水处理设备巡检、记录保证所有设备正常运行；发现问题及时报修、汇报处理；完成自主维护任务，积极配合维修工作。
3.根据生产计划调配当班期间的岗位设备运行数量，确保设备运行符合停机程序。
4.完成质量、工作记录；传递、交接当班期间的运行、质量状态与变更信息，完整履行交接班。
5.做好设备及包干区的清洁工作，保证工作环境良好。
6.积极与介质使用部门沟通，及时解决存在的问题。
7.向主管汇报生产、质量、EHS的过程异常、影响，及时进行纠正、调整，提交异常报告。
8.上级领导安排的其他事项。
任职要求：
1.大专及其以上学历，给排水/机械/电气相关专业优先。
2.2年以上水处理设备、水质化验相关的工作经验及设备保养、维修工作经验。
3.较强的学习能力；良好的分析、解决问题和故障解决能力；熟悉基本机械、电气原理。
4.其他:接受倒班工作制。
Responsibilities:
1. Provide qualified production water to users in a timely manner according to the production plan; Perform equipment cleaning, regeneration, and reagent configuration on time; Conduct process quality sampling and analysis according to the sampling plan, timely sampling, sending samples, analyzing, and testing; Fulfill the evaluation process, review, verify, analyze, adjust, and correct quality anomalies and PI deviations.
2. Conduct regular inspections and records of water treatment equipment to ensure the normal operation of all equipment; Timely report and handle any problems found; Complete independent maintenance tasks and actively cooperate with maintenance work.
3. Allocate the number of job equipment operations during the shift according to the production plan, ensuring that equipment operations comply with shutdown procedures.
4. Complete quality and work records; Transfer and handover the operation, quality status, and change information during the shift, and fully fulfill the handover.
5. Clean equipment and contracted areas to ensure a good working environment.
6. Actively communicate with the media usage department and promptly solve existing problems.
7. Report any abnormalities or impacts in the production, quality, and EHS processes to the supervisor, promptly correct and adjust them, and submit any abnormal reports.
8. Other matters arranged by superiors.
Qualification:
1.College degree or above, major in water supply and drainage/mechanical/electrical related is preferred.
2.2 years and above of work experience in water treatment equipment and water quality testing, as well as equipment maintenance and repair work experience personal abilities.
3.-Strong learning ability.
-Good analytical, problem-solving, and fault solving skills.
-Familiar with basic mechanical and electrical principles.
