1.负责公司项目配置管理工作，包括基线管理、版本管理、发布管理、变更管理等；
Responsible for the company’s project configuration management, including baseline management, version management, release management, and change management.
2.负责创建和维护配置管理环境，包括配置库权限管理、迁移及备份等；
Responsible for creating and maintaining the configuration management environment, including configuration repository permission management, migration, and backup.
3.负责研究制定软件版本的管理策略，并有效落地至各个项目中；
Responsible for researching and formulating software version management strategies and effectively implementing them across all projects.
4.负责对软件开发团队进行配置管理流程、工具方面的培训和技术支持。
Responsible for providing training and technical support to the software development team on configuration management processes and tools.

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历；
Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.有较强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，有良好的文档书写能力；
Strong logical thinking and learning ability, with good documentation and writing skills.
3.拥有较好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神，较强的责任感及进取精神，关心产品的发展方向和细节；
Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative; attentive to the product’s development direction and details.
4.热爱配置管理工作，可以胜任重复性工作，工作细致认真，有耐心；
Passionate about configuration management, able to handle repetitive tasks, and work with diligence, precision, and patience.
