岗位职责:
1、结合公司战略,制定总体市场发展战略以及市场发展目标,规划制定公司的市场战略与策略,并推进实施,实现市场发展目标。
In alignment with corporate strategy, formulate the overall market development strategy and goals, plan and implement the company's market strategy and tactics, driving the achievement of market development objectives.
2、拓展公司的市场策略,把握公司在行业中的发展方向,完成公司在行业中的市场定位,及时提供市场反馈;
Expand the company's market strategies, grasp the direction of the company's development within the industry, finalize the company's market positioning within the sector, and promptly provide market feedback.
3、制定和实施年度市场推广计划和产品计划,协助营销中心制定业务计划,配合市场推广业务计划;
Develop and execute annual marketing promotion plans and product strategies, assist the Marketing Center in formulating business plans, and coordinate with marketing promotion activities.
4、制定与实施各产品线价格体系及营销战略、营销策略、地区覆盖策略及推广计划,并组织相关人员培训;
Establish and implement pricing systems for various product lines, along with marketing strategies, regional coverage strategies, and promotional plans, organizing training for relevant personnel.
5、制定公司品牌管理策略,维护公司品牌;
Devise the company's brand management strategy, preserving and enhancing the company's brand image.
6、指导、参与市场的开拓、渠道管理等日常工作,搭建和维护客户关系,拓展新的销售渠道,提升销售业绩,完成销售指标;
Guide and participate in market development, channel management, routine tasks, build and maintain client relationships, explore new sales channels, enhance sales performance, and accomplish sales targets.
7、管理监督公司市场费用使用、控制工作以及本部门管理工作,组织部门开发多种销售手段,完成销售计划及回款任务;
Oversee the utilization and control of marketing expenses, manage department operations, and organize the development of multiple sales approaches to fulfill sales plans and collection targets. 8、主持公司重大营销合同的谈判与签订工作;
Preside over negotiations and signings of major marketing contracts for the company.
9、公司运作与各职能部门进行协作管理,协助监督各项管理制度的制定及推行。
Collaborate with various functional departments in company operations, assisting in the supervision of policy formulation and implementation.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、航空航天或相关专业优先;
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields, with preference given to candidates from these backgrounds.
2、具备战略管理、组织变革管理、管理能力开发、市场营销、合同法、谈判技巧等能力
Possesses skills in strategic management, organizational change management, capacity building, marketing, contract law, and negotiation techniques.
3、10年以上航空航天行业市场营销管理经验,熟悉市场营销策略和技巧,有丰富的品牌推广和渠道拓展经验,具有成功营销案例;
Over 10 years of experience in aerospace industry marketing management, with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and techniques, extensive experience in brand promotion and channel expansion, backed by successful marketing case studies.
4、对航空航天行业有深入了解,熟悉行业发展趋势和竞争格局;
Deep understanding of the aerospace industry, familiar with industry trends and competitive landscapes.
5、具备敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力,能够准确把握市场趋势和客户需求;
Possesses acute market insight and analytical capabilities, capable of accurately grasping market trends and customer needs.
