1、开发和维护飞控系统的仿真模型，包括固定翼/旋翼/多旋翼/复合翼和其他航空器的飞行控制系统仿真的架构设计及控制律设计；
Develop and maintain simulation models for flight control systems, including architecture design and control law design for fixed wing/rotor/multi rotor/composite wing and other aircraft flight control system simulations;
2、验证和优化飞控算法，确保其在各种飞行条件下的稳定性和性能；
Verify and optimize flight control algorithms to ensure their stability and performance under various flight conditions;
3、负责基于系统仿真模型集成与测试工作；
Responsible for integrating and testing system simulation models;
4、负责项目技术文件的编写；
Responsible for writing project technical documents;
5、对其他部门的专业技术支持工作。 Provide professional technical support to other departments.
任职要求：

1、熟悉飞行器设计、自动化、控制理论与控制工程、飞行控制理论等专业知识，具有3年以上航空模拟器飞控建模仿真开发的工作经验或项目经验；
Familiar with aircraft design, automation, control theory and engineering, flight control theory, and other professional knowledge, with more than 3 years of work experience or project experience in aviation simulator flight control modeling and simulation development;
2、熟练掌握C/C++编程语言，以及MATLAB/Simulink等数学计算软件，有良好的编程规范；
Proficient in C/C++programming language, as well as mathematical calculation software such as MATLAB/Simulink, with good programming standards;
3、熟练使用git/SVN等版本管理工具;
Proficient in using version management tools such as git/SVN;
4、有较强逻辑思维和学习能力及沟通能力，具有良好的团队协作精神；具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力;
Has strong logical thinking, learning and communication skills, and has a good spirit of teamwork; Strong learning and problem-solving abilities;
5、有直升机旋翼飞控仿真经验优先。 Experience in helicopter rotor flight control simulation is preferred.
