Responsibilities

Design and implement direct email marketing

HTML Email creation - use of templates, basic HTML, drag & drop formatting

Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

CRM basic administration - account and contact creation, data clean up

Campaign data management, reporting

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot charts, graphs, basic macros)

Basic system integrations and system set ups

Requirements

Excellent English – written, spoken (need to attend regular online global meetings)

An ability to work under tight deadlines

Pro-activity and willingness to learn

Advanced user of Microsoft Excel

Reliability

Due diligence and detail orientation

Bachelor’s Degree and above

Nice to have

Tech savvy profile, hands on experience with HTML and content management systems is an advantage

Useful if previous experience with analytical and database tools

Familiarity with marketing automation technology is an advantage

Any coding skill or experience
