1. Main responsibilities:
Responsible to CIMR for talent services, training and trade unions. Including but not limited to:
(1)Responsible for the declaration of high-level talent projects, tracking and implementation of talent policies;
(2)Title evaluation, settlement and other talent service related works;
(3)Introduction, communication and services for foreign talents;
(4)Organization for training and exchanges activities, including but not limited to: new hire orientation, management skills training, management exchange, skills training, labor law sharing, etc.;
(5)Apply for the establishment of a trade union and trade union-related work;
(6)Human resources related data statistics;
(7)Other tasks assigned by the leader.
2. Job requirements:
(1) Master's degree or above, major in human resources, management or biomedicine majors, and with a background in studying in the English-speaking countries is preferred;
(2)Familiar with the market-oriented operation mode of human resources, and proficient in various modules of human resources;
(3)Strong ability in both written and oral English, and English can be used as working language;
(5)Good level of computer operation and proficient in common office software;
(6)Patient and meticulous, rigorous and organized, strong communication, coordination and language expression skills;
(7)High sense of responsibility and service awareness.
