【崗位職責】
1.協助上級處理在管項目的各項內外事務;
2.管理及監督在管項目的客戶服務品質,設施保養維修、清潔、園藝、安保等工作;
3.負責前線員工及制訂員工培訓計畫,指導員工有序開展各項工作;
4.有效地預防和控制突發事件的發生,能夠應變並處理各類突發事件,保證各項工作的順利進行;
5.負責管理各類樓宇設備系統,包括冷氣系統、消防系統、水泵房等,確保其運作暢順,並與承辦商/保養商洽談合約、跟進維修保養細節及例行檢查等。
1.Assist superiors in handling various internal and external affairs of projects under management;
2.Manage and supervise the quality of customer service, facility maintenance, cleaning, gardening, security, etc.
3.Responsible for managing grassroots employees and formulating employee training plans, guiding employees to carry out various tasks in an orderly manner;
4.Prevent and control the occurrence of emergencies, be able to respond to and deal with various emergencies, and ensure the smooth progress of various tasks.
5.Responsible for the management of various building equipment systems, including air-conditioning systems, fire protection systems etc.Make sure they run smoothly. Contracts with contractors/maintenance providers, follow up maintenance details and routine inspections, etc.
【工作要求】
1.本科及以上學歷,物業管理、工程管理等相關專業優先考慮;
2.具有3年及以上商場或住宅項目物業管理工作經驗;
3.掌握物業管理操作流程,熟悉商業項目日常管理,對服務品質提及經營能力有獨到見解;
4.良好的計畫和執行能力,高度責任感和敬業精神,團隊意識強,具有較強的溝通及協調能力,較強的抗壓能力;
5.粵語及英語可作為工作語言。
1.Bachelor degree or above, property management, engineering management and other related majors are preferred;
2.At least 3 years of working experience in property management of commercial and residential projects;
3.Master the operation process of property management, be familiar with the daily management of commercial projects, and have unique insights into service quality and operational capabilities;
4.Good planning and execution ability, be responsibility and professionalism, team cooperation spirit, strong communication and coordination skills, be ability to work under the pressure;
5.Fluent in written and spoken English,Cantonese and Putonghua.
