职位描述
First line support for end users, including handling requests and incidents
• Support through Service Now or face to face
• Troubleshooting for office devices such as printers, projectors and Maxhub units
• New computer setup and replacement of existing devices
• Company mobile setup and assistance with installing company applications on personal devices
• Maintaining and updating the local IT inventory
• Liaising with third parties for hardware issues
• Support for infosec requests including urgent scans where required
