岗位职责(中文)

1.制定学校实验室建设和安全管理制度和规划等并组织实施，以配合大学发展目标，保障实验室正常运转;

2.制定学校公共教学和科研平台发展规划及管理规定并组织实施，为科研项目提供必要的设备和技术支持；

3.学校实验室安全管理工作，包含危险化学品、生物、辐射等安全管理工作;

4.组织开展实验室安全宣传与培训、文化建设和实验室安全准入等工作。

1. Develop regulations and plans for the construction
and safety management of laboratories, and organize their implementation to
meet the development goals of the university and ensure the smooth operation of the laboratories,

2. Develop plans and management regulations for the development of public teaching and research platforms, and organize their implementation, providing necessary equipment and technical support for research projects.

3. Manage laboratory safety, including hazardous chemical safety, biological safety, radiation safety, etc.

4. Organize laboratory safety training, cultural construction, and laboratory safety access

任职要求(中文)

学历要求:硕士及以上

专业要求:理工科

语言要求:中文+英文

其他:要求具备高校实验室管理经验

此岗位需要英文面试+笔试。

Educational background: Master's degree or above

Major Science or Engineering

Language preference: both Chinese and English

Others: Lab management experience in a higher education institution is required
