Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily warehouse and distribution management of urban warehouses, and standardize and supervise the implementation of warehouse and distribution management systems.

2. Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations including material receiving, inventory checking, material issuing, packaging, shipping & transportation, and bookkeeping.

3. Operate ERP/WMS/TMS systems to ensure timely, complete and accurate provision of dynamic information.

4. Implement warehouse and distribution safety standards to ensure the safety of personnel, goods, materials and vehicles in the warehouse.

5. Propose continuous improvement methods and techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

6. Be responsible for the scheduling and training of warehouse staff, as well as the performance evaluation, rewards and punishments of internal employees, and the guidance and training of related businesses.

7. Coordinate and communicate with relevant business departments of the company.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above from a unified recruitment, major in logistics or related fields.

2. Familiar with warehousing and logistics work processes, with project operation experience and on-site management experience.

3. Possess good affair handling ability, comprehension ability, communication and coordination ability, judgment ability, expression ability, pressure resistance and high work enthusiasm.

4. Be sensitive to data and have strong data processing ability.
