MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES责任概要:
1. Proactively develops and manages sales staff and sales efforts. Communicates hotel’s sales strategy and ensures sales staff executes sales strategy. Manage annual planning process for goal setting, budgeting and staffing. Manage department budget and sales administrative functions. As appropriate, responsible for achieving individual sales goals and account management.

2. Have a working knowledge of all departmental reports. Responsible for business transient and Group Sales, Account Servicing, Departmental and Interdepartmental Relations, Advertising and Public Relations, Budget Administration and Projections, co-ordination and developing Marketing Plans.

SPECIFIC DUTIES工作任务:
1.Provide professional advice and administrative support to the general manager to achieve the hotel's strategic goals.

7. Constantly review and update the price strategy to create as much profit as possible for the hotel.

8. Propose plans and strategies to further improve sales performance.

9. Test and evaluate market trends and implement market priority strategies.

10. Constantly check and supervise guest reservation and online booking situation.

11. Distinguish market demand and optimize corresponding products.

12. Supervise formulation and reporting of various monthly reports.

13. Supervise overall operation of the sales department and customer experience.

14. Hold weekly sales meetings to check and evaluate hotel performance, sales strategy and market segmentation strategy, so as to maximize hotel operating profit.

15. Hold quarterly meetings to assess the performance of sales personnel.

16. Handle relationships with guests and provide necessary services, including guest and customer demands, hotel product knowledge, sales efficiency, communication skill, and various feedback information.

17.Ensure storage and destruction of documents and related contents.

23.Follow Marriott Information safety and protection policy and associate privacy policy, have a clear understanding of PCI, high-risk information, restricted information, non-public information and public information.
