A. Mold life cycle management 模具全生命周期管理：模具需求计算，模具提报以及模具维修方案的确定等。

B. Device Optimization 设备优化 ：负责设备整改优化，安全，效率等方面优化整改。

C. 3D drawing 三维绘图（sw）：辅助设备优化与模具管理，需要熟悉三维绘图，进行设备图纸绘制与装配。

D. Management of Spare Parts备品备件的管理：及时供应合格备件、保障关键设备需求、收集使用反馈信息以及减少资金占用和合理库存。

E. Other matters assigned by the leader领导交办的其他事项

二、所需专业知识

1. Familiar with the ways and methods of team construction and personnel management熟悉机械设计方面基本知识；

2. Master the basic knowledge of mold掌握模具基本知识；

3. Familiar with lean production tools such as standardized operation, 5S, TPM, visualization and error proofing熟悉标准化作业、5S生产应用工具

4. Skillfully use OFFICE software, Solidworks and other software operations
熟练运用OFFICE办公软件、 Solidworks等软件操作

三、在职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, CET-4 or above本科以上学历；理工类专业，英语四级以上

2. With relevant professional knowledge or more than one year of mechanical or electrical related work experience 有相关专业知识，或一年以上的机械或模具相关工作经验

3. Work independently, aggressive, self-initiated, self-motivated 独立工作，积极主动，自我激励

4. Team spirit and good communication & interpersonal skills 团队精神，良好的沟通和人际交往能力

5. Dynamic, result orientated and capable of performing efficiently in a changing environment 动态的，结果导向的，能够在变化的环境中高效地执行
